Therapy with high-achievers is rewarding: for both myself and the high-achiever.

High-achievers usually are high-achievers because of some experience of trauma that they are not yet aware of. Over achievers also attend therapy consistently, want to know their treatment plan, are often untrusting of your “expertise” and usually benefit from a directly compassionate human who helps them see how overachieving is a superpower that can have many pitfalls we need to be aware of. It’s a double-edged sword.

You now have a therapist who “gets it " on your team. 

The outside world can feel complicated and uncertain. But when you leave my therapy room (whether figuratively or literally,)  you have someone who is aligned with you in pursuit of your healthiest self.

My therapy style is inspirational and motivational.

I help you take the skills you use in other situations to help with the current challenge.
